AI uses our glossary reasonably well, but ignores words that are lowercase in the glossary but uppercase in the dictionary. This is frustrating, but I can see that this might be a feature rather than a bug. If that is the case then please include an option to allow case-insensitive matching.

Similarly the matchers have problems in the case of plurals. This should have a similar solution.
