Could we have the feature of translation-squads/teams? 
E.g, when creating a translation task, instead of assigning to 1 "person", we assign a task to 1 "group" that we can set in admin? 
In addition, the "choosing-keys" part of task-creation seems to not contain all keys for large datasets, e.g. (1000+) and having to manually select all untranslated keys without a "select all" button is a pain

Groups can now be created in the Team management page (https://simplelocalize.io/dashboard/team/), and Tasks can now be assigned to those groups. Feel free to share your feedback with us! :)

Was about to dive into this, but we just realized we have two main workspace (with multiple projects)...both owned by different people. 
I assume this team management only works per workspace rather than across workspaces....
How do I swap from managing 1 workspace to the other?
Example: (m.lew@my-email-address) can manage 1 workspace while I can manage the other workspace haha, not sure how we swap from one to the other, even if groups are different! Happy to do it 2x, but just need to know!

Nicholas Tie: Hi! Yes, team management is strictly per workspace/organization. To switch, you just need to log out and log in with the user account assigned to the second organization.

e.g. I can see all the projects in both workspaces in my account, but i dont have another account to login to?

I've checked your account details and found that you are currently an administrator for one team/organization. However, you cannot be part of a second organization using the same email address.
Although you were invited to those two other projects (Moon projects), you aren't a member of their team, which is why you're unable to manage their groups. I recommend creating a separate account with a different email address to join their team.

It's just that we have 30+ languages and want to add more users/groups to manage languages for 2-3 more projects....would save us alot of manual clicking!!!

Hey Jakub,
Thanks for the response! 
FYI, we love the simplicity of this software but another nudge that the roles/team management could use an improvement. Considering we might have to invite teams of 10+ for 20-30+ languages in the near-future, the current role access management would be quite painful. 
E.g would love to create role "x-language translator" and just apply that role to everyone with the same perms. 
Correct me if i'm wrong, but cant do that with tag system currently. If not, we would have to invite one by one, and manually deny/allow each perm setting X amount of times?
Also, ability to invite multiple emails rather than one by one in the input field  would be great!

Nicholas Tie: Thanks for details! That makes perfect sense. In the upcoming weeks, we will be checking possible options for developing custom roles and redesigning the current UI, so it's definitely something we will introduce to SimpleLocalize :)

Kinga Pomykała Hey Kinga, would really like this prioritised if possible.
We have upgraded our plan to include 100-200 seats...
We have ~7 projects to manage....and its a bit of a pain/hassle to onboard if we have to go one by one to edit permissions instead of adding a role/team once and assigning it to multiple people.

Nicholas Tie: Recently, we made a few updates:

You can now invite multiple users (emails) in projects or in the Team management page
You can now see project permissions for all users in one page in the Team management section
You can now copy access settings from one user to many others

I believe this will solve the issue regarding access management for now. We are still working on adding an option to assign tasks to multiple members (or groups).

Groups or teams of translators/developers are something we plan to add.
In the 'Choose keys' field, you can type a key name to find it in the list (which otherwise displays up to 1 000 keys). Alternatively, you can select translation keys directly from the UI and use the context menu to create a task from them (please see screenshot).
